1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Babu 9 reserves the right to close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.

• Extended inactivity of more than 12 months.
• Where required by legal or regulatory authorities.

Members may also request account closure at any time. The account will be closed within 72 hours of the request, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
